FV Engineering Private Limited (FVEPL) is a women entrepreneur lead CNC & VMC machining start-up, located at Nanded Phata, Sinhagad Road, Pune 411041. Established in July 2021, the first operations have commenced since August 2022. The aim of FV Engineering is to enter precision manufacturing for industry segments like Automotive, Agriculture, Railways, Defence, Construction Equipment, Off Highway Equipment & other Engineering sector and their ancillaries as the initial line of business. The intention is to further provide innovative solutions for the engineering component manufacturing industry that will help reduce costs and also reduce waste. One of the first products that is currently being developed is a simple Chuck-Jaw Attachment set that would definitely benefit MSMEs in curbing manufacturing cost (improving margins) specially the one's involved in low volume tool room production Facilities at FVEPL offer in-house machining and quality checks. Supply chain for raw material sourcing and non-core activities viz. surface treatment etc. has been established with certified vendors. Necessary inspection equipment & facilities are available at the factory. FVEPL has also acquired the ISO 9001 : 2015 quality system certification awarded by Indian Register Quality System - IRQS (IRCLASS Systems And Solutions Private Limited). In due course, the company plans to move up the value chain and expand the current manufacturing footprint to take up sub-assemblies and assembly operations. The investors are also looking at opportunities to grow F V Engineering into a product company using the current manufacturing facilities and augmenting wherever required.
