COMPANY INFO GAAGS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is a 3d printer manufacturing and printing service providing company. We got incorporated on 30-04-2019. We have been in this field for almost 2 years, But we have been working on our printer since our college days and got incorporated in the final semester. WHAT DO WE DO? We manufacture custom-made 3d printers with custom volumes and even special purpose coordinate machines. Our uniqueness is that we manufacture most of the components which we use in our machines. We have immense experience in 3d printers and we are in the pursuit to make this technology better, efficient and affordable without any loss in the quality of our products. We are involved in 3d printing services for other companies, organizations, and individuals. We are planning for speeding up small-scale manufacturing using 3d printers. PRINTERS UNIQUENESS We are a manufacturer of the core components of 3D Printer parts like hotend,heatbed, cooling setup and have innovated in the dual nozzle, duplicator setups. Our printers are handmade with utmost care and innovation. CUSTOM NOZZLE Our hot ends are so efficient and can reach temperatures of 210℃in in less than a minute. and is made out of highly insulating material on top and a highly conductive material in the bottom thereby increasing efficiency. CUSTOM HEAT BED Our heat bed can reach 100℃ In 5 Minutes. The heat bead is made up of machined aluminum to O1 surface flatness and then smoothly buffed out to a mirror-like finish. We make the custom PCB layout for the optimum setting for the heatbed to reach high temperature fast and attach it to the aluminum bed PRINTER SPEED We optimized our 3d printers for maximum performance which helps them to print at high speeds without any loss in quality and strength of the printed part. We print with the layer resolution ranging from 50 to 300 microns and at speed ranging From 20 to 200 mm/s depending on the quality and complexity of the model. The printer is defaulted to speed 100mm/s thereby reducing the time to print each part, whereas other companies defaulted to 40-60mm/sec IoT/Industry 4.0 All our 3D Printers are equipped with a raspberry pi for the computer unit which makes it accessible from anywhere through ethernet or wifi and also equipped with a camera that can be used for monitoring from anywhere. There are two interface options to control the 3D Printer one is through a web interface using chrome, edge, and any web browser and the other is through an android app. The best part of the IoT system is it is open-sourced and there are a lot of ways to customize it.
