What this record amounts to
GANAK CONSULTANCY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is a Startup India record with no district on file, so there is nowhere on the map we can honestly put it. It carries no funding signal of any class, and a signal here would evidence a mention, never an amount.
Every figure above is counted from the 2026-08 snapshot and is the same number the page it links to prints.
In their own words
GCS wish to start a consultancy business in the area of Energy Conservation and awareness towards reduction in Greenhouse emissions, various options pertaining generation of carbon credits and trading it to suitable platform across globe. According to the Corporate Credit Institute, a carbon credit is a tradable permit or certificate that provides the holder of the credit the right to emit one ton of carbon dioxide or an equivalent of another greenhouse gas. A carbon credit represents 1 tonne of CO2e that an organization is permitted to emit. Carbon credits only exist in markets with Cap & Trade regulations. Management teams that emit less than their limit may resell carbon credits on the corresponding carbon market. Carbon credits are generated from projects around the world that pull Greenhouse Gases (GHGs) out of the atmosphere or keep emissions from being released. Each time a project verifies they have reduced, avoided, or destroyed one metric tonne of GHG, one carbon credit is created. A farmer who sequesters one carbon credit can earn approximately INR 780 at current market prices, but large corporations are likely to provide better rates—as high as INR 2,000—to farmers when directly purchasing large chunks of carbon credits. Carbon Credits are bought, on a voluntary basis, by any country or company interested in lowering its carbon footprint. Most prices of carbon credits are below the $40-80 per metric ton of carbon dioxide emitted needed to keep global warming within a 2-point degree, as provided by the Paris agreement. Investing in carbon credits can be a profitable way to get involved in a growing market and support the transition to a low-carbon global economy. Typically, when someone buys a carbon offset, the money goes to pay for a reduction in greenhouse gases that has already occurred Looking at the current scenario of our industry an awareness is highly required for betterment of our environment .
