With ease of use and availability comes a deadly side- effect: Individuals with this polymorphism and lots of garbage of disturb mind may be predisposed to Internet addiction. What are the effects of Internet Addiction Disorder? (IAD), the disorder may also be referred to as digital addiction or internet addiction or as Internet dependency or Internet compulsivity or problematic Internet use or pathological Internet use or cyberspace addiction, is excessive Internet use that interferes with daily life. Problematic internet use is addictive behavior— excessive or poorly controlled preoccupations, urges, or behaviors regarding computer, mobile use and internet access that lead to impairment or distress. Internet addiction has been documented and studied around the world. The problem of Internet addiction evolves together with the development and spread of the Internet. Technology addiction is an impulse control disorder that involves the obsessive use of mobile devices, the internet or video games, despite negative consequences to the user of the technology. Cyber garbage’s causes the psychological, social, educational, or occupational blocks problems for the people. what we do? These addictions may be triggered by underlying emotional disorders such as depression and anxiety, so spiritual meditation and medications both used for those conditions can be given in the hope that treating the underlying cause will cause a cessation of the Internet or computer addiction.
