GATEOverflow is a collection of GATE questions in Computer Science & Engineering most of which are answered by GATE toppers. Feel free to add a question, contribute an answer, and to clear any doubt. The purpose of this site is to give the correct answer and derivation of all GATE-relevant questions. All of these services are already existing but the quality of them are not anywhere as desired or required by students. When we consider online exams, there are many services providing excellent interface but then they lack the quality of questions. Some have quality question content but then lack on good formatting especially when complex images and equations are present. If we consider rank predictors most of the services available online simply predict the ranks based on not verified answer keys and hardly try to ensure accuracy as their aim is mostly to collect user data. The users also have no option to provide any feedback. The discussion forum has been in existence for more than 15 years in India. Unfortunately, there are hardly anyone who we can name as useful. On one side we have StackOverflow and its sister sites having good community sites and we also have quora which is mostly for non-technical discussions. But neither solve the problem faced by students preparing for competitive exams where they have to discuss the problem-solving approaches and concepts used in different questions. Moreover, it is not straightforward for anyone to browse through hundreds of questions asked on a discussion forum. Due to these difficulties for discussion forums, most students rely on books for their exam preparation. But unlike standard reference books which have high-quality standards and are fully reliable, most exam-related books have a lot of mistakes and these can confuse students and even when they have any doubts they have no place to clear them.
