On the front-end we are a simple jobs website, the reason we took this approach is because the population is already well accustomed to the idea of a jobs website and we intend on making that the hook which pulls them in, furthermore, we can charge employers for posting jobs and that is a considerably large revenue source, however, our core objective is skill development. 1. We are focussed on skill development with the goal of employment for our users. 2. We are currently in the final stages of building a machine learning model to suggest courses to our users based on their industry and stage of career growth. We launched our beta Jobmora.com on November 22nd 2019 and have received over 1000 unique visitors. We need more unique users and data to perfect this model. 3. We plan on providing short video courses along the lines of Udemy where working professionals could simply watch online courses to improve their skillset and accelerate their career progression. 4. For beginner level skills we plan on providing online courses on a per-class basis, i.e individual class would cost as low as Rs 400 and a fresher can attend the online course in order to understand how well the course suits him/her, this enables them to test the waters with limited financial and time commitment. Once they find a course suitable for them, we are confident of converting them for a larger purchase.
