Genorova AI is an early-stage generative drug discovery startup building AI-powered pipelines to accelerate the identification of novel small molecule drug candidates. Founded by a pharmacy researcher with hands-on pharmacovigilance and computational chemistry experience, Genorova targets high-burden therapeutic areas beginning with Type 2 Diabetes (DPP-4 inhibitors) and Infectious Diseases (Gyrase B inhibitors).At its core, Genorova has independently built a Conditional Variational Autoencoder (CVAE) with 6.78 million parameters, combining a Transformer-based architecture with a custom BPE tokenizer trained on SMILES molecular representations. The model is trained on over 1.5 million drug-like molecules from the MOSES benchmark dataset and fine-tuned on curated pharma-grade DPP-4 inhibitor datasets, including compounds with sub-nanomolar potency.
