Genotek aims to establish itself as a formidable Contract Research and Development Organization (CRDMO) in the novel and innovative chemistry space. The company serves global innovators with world class infrastructure and diverse scientific talent; along with developing own product range of complex chemistries and processes. Genotek is led by a group of four technocrats who bring diverse yet relevant experience and capabilities to the business. Mr. Rushabh Gohil is a M.Sc. in Biotechnology and has over 17 years of experience in leading, business development & strategies of science and technology driven business. Dr. Ganesh Phadtare is a Ph.D. in Chemistry and comes with over 18 years of core experience in leading synthesis, process development and scale-up of novel complex chemistries. Mr. Nisarg Gohil holds B.E. in Chemical Engineering with M.S. in Environmental Engineering and has experience in leading techno-commercial operations. Mr. Hitesh Gandhi holds B.Sc. Chemistry with MBA in Marketing and comes with over 17 years of experience in marketing & sales of fine and speciality chemicals & contract services. With fully integrated, scalable and sustainable infrastructure for research & development coupled with scientific diversity; Genotek promotes Discover, Develop and Make in India; for innovation in chemistry at global scale.
