PPost covid UNCIEF found in survey only 41% of young people in India seek support for mental health problems, compared to an average of 83% for 21 countries. According to study there are 3 psychiatrists and psychologists for every 1lakh people. It is no surprise that the state mental health of country, correlates positively with economic growth. Projection shows that India will suffer massive economic losses owing to mental health condition. Over half of all mental issues start before the age of 14, with 75% developing by the age of 24 years. The term mild , moderate and sever are used to describe different level of mental health problems. The issues we face as we grow up, such as " conflict resolution", "saying no", "decision making"," relationships", "self-doubt", "not feeling good enough", "depression", and "anxiety", stem from a lack of knowledge and skills on how to deal with them. While academic success is important, research shows that emotional development is critical for a fulfilled and meaningful life. Genxture challenges traditional teaching methods by placing special focus on emotional development, including building self-awareness, empathy, conflict resolution, self-esteem, trust, and teamwork. By introducing global best practices in education and nurturing emotional intelligence through formal education, we aim to address the gaps in our current teaching methodology and equip students with the necessary skills for success and well-being.
