On one hand it works as your go-to online store and on the other it works towards eliminating growing unemployment among the youth in rural India. Simply put, ichhapurti.com links direct marketing with online sales through an employed sales team. This ensures an opportunity for the youth to earn their living through the venture. The portal aims to connect the rural population from villages in TIER-2 and TIER-3 towns with its online marketplace using a systematic network of Logistics Partners across different towns. These Logistic Partners play a crucial role in ensuring that the services are provided to all customers at their doorstep. This is a huge strength as generally, after sales assistance from the company is a pain point in rural and semi-rural areas. Our sales force has been well trained to guide customers on placing orders and also help them manage their household expenses better. Besides this, our customers also have the option to place orders through our website, mobile app and Logistics Partners.
