We provide supply chain services to small and mid-sized enterprises engaged in trading, retail, and distribution allowing them to effectively and efficiently compete with larger competitors and ecommerce. Most of our clients are benefitting from outsourcing for the first time as they not serviced by traditional 3PL service providers because this segment lacks ability to provide enabling inputs, i.e. processes, infra & technology. We bring entire ecosystem of processes, infra & technology provides a comprehensive solution to our target market. We achieve this by: 1. Technology: Robust, scalable supply chain platform called Maven designed to effectively manage storage and transportation needs of SME clients. Our platform connects all stakeholders (vendors, service providers and customers) allowing clients to efficiently and effectively service customers 2. Shared Warehouses: Our technology allows us to provide high quality services to multiple clients from a single large warehouse and thereby allowing them to benefit from economies of scale and reduce costs 3. Best Practices: We support our clients in improving processes by bringing industry best practices in inventory management. Scalability: We currently operate 4 warehouses in 3 cities and platform allows us to quickly operationalize new cities by using local entrepreneurs to manage operations, thereby supporting entrepreneurship & wealth creation. Employment Generation: We currently have over 325 employees including over 250 unskilled and semi-skilled employees. We train our workforce in using modern supply chain systems and till date over 500 employees have been trained and work at various organizations.
