GLOBAL IMAGE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (GITPL), IT Company, is one of the few IT companies in India with an exclusive focus on e-Governance since 2013. GITPL e-Governance solutions and IT Enable services are currently delivering 1.8 Crores Image per year. Very few companies in India have a comparable performance. GITPL, today, has developed a thorough insight into implementing and institutionalizing e-Governance in the Indian context, which is evident from the various projects implemented and sustained by GITPL so far. These solutions and expertise can have wider applicability in Commonwealth countries due to similarities in administrative systems used in these countries. While e-Governance has attracted a lot of focus from the IT industry in the last couple of years, GITPL has been working in this sector with a sharp focus for well over a decade, since 2013. The success of e-Government projects depends not only on the technological skills but also on a deep knowledge of Government processes. GITPL is one of the few companies in India that possesses the blend of both these skills. e-Government projects have the capacity to transform the functioning of the Govt department, provided sustainable Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) is carried out.
