The start up intends to carry on the business of buying, selling, reselling, refurbishing, importing, exporting, and trading consumer products through online platforms, operating online shopping portals, facilitating electronic commerce, hyperlocal commerce providing an online marketplace, providing platform to resellers to sell their inventory, technology and/or other mechanism services to facilitate transactions such as purchasing, selling, reselling, refurbishing, distributing, trading, acting as an agent, franchising, collaborating exporting, importing, merchandising, manufacturing, designing, packaging and dealing with all kinds of products, goods, commodities, merchandise, accessories and equipments including but not limited to electronics, watches, bags etc. targeting both, businesses (B2B) and Direct Consumers (B2C). 3. The Start up intends to monetize platform properties by offering advertising opportunities to brands. 4. The Start up intends to provide end-to-end logistics, warehousing and supply chain solutions to businesses to ensure the efficient delivery of products, goods, commodities, merchandise, accessories and equipment’s including but not limited to electronics, watches, bags etc. to customers. 5. The Start up intends to look for inorganic growth opportunities within India and overseas through business combinations and collaborations.
