We strongly believe that incorporation of technology can significantly alter learning outcomes for students in Jammu & Kashmir despite all the interruptions that happen due to demonstrations & weather. b) We have put together a large ensemble of the best faculty for respective subjects and have deployed multiple faculties within a subject to ensure specialization. c) The content is conversational in style to help student understand easily and medium of instruction is a combination of Hindi & English. In the long term, we can also develop content in Kashmiri to reach wider student pool. d) We have stayed away from any animations in the content to avoid unnecessary simplification of the content which would not lead to helping students score more in the exams. Our faculty teaches on whiteboard to simulate actual classroom and focus is on developing the rigor that is required to comprehend syllabus relevant to the examinations.
