In the current scenario wherein many startups are mushrooming all over india, there is need to cater to the tech startup ecosystem. Most of the tech startups are Started by developers with plenty of experience in coding and related knwledge but absolutely no experience or little experience in sales or business model or project governance. due to these factors these startups sometimes fail to reavch their potential. on the other hand customers want to work with startups but lack credibility and proper project governance. These 2 similar issues on demand and supply side are intended to be solved by GoViShi by letting developer founded tech start ups focus on their core of development while GoViShi takes care of Sales and governance. For example : there is a startup who has developed a product for co op societies for managing their day to day operations and also government compliance, visitor management, etc. This company doesnt have resources or bandwidth or skills to pitch their software product to potential customers. even the way they describe their products is very technical and not from the perspective of end customer. This ends up with not generating enough interest for customer or doesnt keep customers engaged. Another company has developed a software product that digitises entire workflow and working of a specialised doctor. Now they have developed this as a customized siftware but this application is requirement of many doctors within india and outside as well. this start up is hardly 12 employees and most of them into coding inckuding the founders. they realize potentiak of what they have developed but do not know how to tap into that potential. to make this customize application into a product aprt from technica changes one needs to think of go to market strategy that involves pricing model, segmentation, proof of concept or minimum viable product, sales strategy.
