GRACE VENTURE GLOBAL LLP “GVGLLP” was incorporated on January 28,2025 by Mr. Vishal Lohia and Mr Anupam Singhania under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. The LLP has its registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The LLP Identity Number of the LLP is ACL-3819. The Permanent account No (PAN) of the LLP is [id redacted]. The initial capital of the LLP shall be Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) which shall be taken as contribution from the Partners. The further contribution, if any required by the LLP shall be brought in by all the Partners in proportion to their initial contribution or in such other way as may be decided by the majority of the Partners. GVG LLP is planning to set up to design, develop, engineer, procure, construct, commission, supervise and operate and maintenance of ethanol production plants and facilities, and provide engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, including but not limited to feasibility studies, detailed engineering, project management, technology transfer, and turnkey solutions for ethanol and biofuel projects. also manufacture, procure, sell, lease, or supply machinery, equipment, and materials required for ethanol production plants and allied industries.
