With our 10000 Sq.Ft covered shed in Shendra MIDC, we offer diverse range of fabrication services. We manufacture tanks, vessels, chimney, structural works under ASTM and ASME standards. Our welders and processes are qualifed for Carbon steel and Alloy steel welding ( Arc, TRG, Sub merged Arc welding). We have our inhouse facility for rolling upto 30 mm, fabrication , machining and shot blasting. We have our inhouse certified facility for Radiography testing ( Ir192 source) beside UT and DPT for strict compliance as per client QAP. Currently we are executing jobs which cover wide range of material like E410, S355J2+N, HARDOX400, SS304, SS316, EN8, SA516Gr70, 42CrMo4 (forged round bar) with due quality check and controls. Current jobs includes items for steel plant and sugar plants.
