Granniez resuscitates and brings it alive the nostalgic taste of our grandma's cooking. The transcendental taste of authentic, aromatic and alimentary food of our grandma’s times cooked slowly using hand grounded masalas and cold-pressed oils got lost in the lifeless fast-food style of cooking. Made from mostly organic and pesticide-free ingredients closest to Mother Earth following the authentic recipes from grandmas, Granniez will not just let us regain our long lost taste and tradition but also helps us to reconnect with our roots through wholesome food experience. Most of the food is served over banana leaf - It is one of the most eco-friendly, healthy and hygienic ways to eat. Tea is prepared in traditional boilers which preserves the original taste and aroma. Granniez seeks to bring alive the experience of fine and traditional south Indian dining. Professionally trained chefs and traditional master chefs have presented diners the choicest regional South Indian cuisines.
