Our vision is to create a world where every individual gets an opportunity to work with great people managers. We are primarily a global digital institute that evaluates, coaches, creates and recognizes great managers. Product: Based on our evaluation of possible direct and indirect competitors globally, it is first such product in the world that provides data backed personalized and contextualized evaluation of a manager with respect to the person's people management style. There are digital products that focus on skills of managers, but we focus on style. Style is generally considered an abstract or qualitative concept. But using our in-house experts, we have been able to create a quantitative methodology for the same. Service: We assess, evaluate, train and certify managers. While being a full stack service provider, our services are personalized in nature. Scalability in terms of Employment Generation: Apart from making ourselves global, we will be aggregating and curating mentors who can aid the digital learning process for the managers. Both will ensure high scalability in terms of full-time and part-time contractors/ employees. Scalability in terms of Wealth Creation: Considering there are 3 billion employees in the world, with an average ticket size of around 200 USD per manager, our target market size runs into hundreds of billions of dollars. We will try to capture a very small percentage of the same- focusing on aspiring managers to senior managers.
