To develop and implement innovative methods for the management and utilization of agricultural waste, including but not limited to crop residues, spent mushroom substrate, and other organic by-products, with the aim of reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainability. 6. To collaborate with agricultural research institutions, universities, and other relevant organizations to conduct research and development activities aimed at enhancing mushroom production, improving agricultural practices, and finding new uses for agricultural waste. 7. To promote awareness and adoption of sustainable farming practices among farmers and agricultural communities through training programs, seminars, and outreach initiatives. 8. To engage in the trading, import, and export of mushroom products, agricultural produce, and related materials, both domestically and internationally. 9. To invest in and acquire interests in companies, partnerships, or ventures engaged in activities complementary to or supportive of the company’s primary objectives, including but not limited to food processing, organic farming, and eco-tourism.
