The Green Grass Bioenergy LLP was incorporated on 03/06/2024 under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. The LLP is in the process of setting up Agro-based project for manufacture of Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) from waste to Energy, converting agricultural residue and cattle dung into Bio CNG on a commercial scale under SATAT Scheme launched under Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. The plant installed capacity is 65 TPD input of Napier Grass and Cow dung and the Bio Gas output is 3 TPD. The promoters of the LLP are Mr. Yogesh Jalodara and Mrs. Sohani Jalodara. Both the promoters are having business background and hailing from farmers community. The LLP has already initiated the process of setting up the Bio CNG plant by finalizing the technocrats and consultants extending the required advance payment, acquired the land on lease for plant by promoters/family, arrangement of land for cultivation of Napier Grass, execution of Land leveling and boundary work at plant site, etc.
