In order to contribute in improving the Environment & Air Pollution worsening situation, we started Green Shelter in August’ 2016 in Patna with an objective to encourage & assist people on plantation & provide end to end solutions to it. Firstly, we identified the pain areas of customer due to which one hesitates for going to plantation and provided solutions for it We identified the common pain areas of customers - • Lack of space in house • Very less availability of sunlight in house/balcony • What are the best plants for my house • Don’t have time for maintenance of garden • No Home Delivery facility available • Less awareness of Indoor Plants • Plants will die if I will go out for vacation Considering the above pain area we designed our business model and services -  Expert Gardener (Mali) Service as per the need of customer  In house garden Installation as per the space availability – Vertical Garden / Roof top Garden/ Kitchen Garden  Home Delivery of Plants  Awareness about benefits of Indoor & Air Purifying Plants – create Oxygen zone in house  Availability of entire range of plants and garden accessories in Green Shelter Nursery  Plants on Wheel - to provide better services and increase awareness on plantation we have designed Mini Nursery in three wheeler autorickshaw which moves every day in different locality of town  Gardening assistance on phone call  Online Sale of Plants through Amazon  Green Gifting of Plants on Birthdays/Anniversaries, etc  Preparation of Saplings in Cavity Tray & Net Pot We educates customers to create his own Oxygen zone in is his house by putting the Air Purifying plants which requires less sunlight & maintenance. We highlight about the Air Purifying Indoor Plants like, Areca Palm, Snake Plant, Spider Plant to the customers and educate them about the benefits of keeping it in their houses. Basis the need and space of the customers we create the Oxygen zone in the house which helps in providing the fresh and clean air and also increases the beauty of the house. Vertical gardening, Roof Top & Kitchen gardens are the best solution for those having space crunch but still wants to lead a healthy lifestyle.
