Our Company, Green Turtle Gaming Technologies Pvt Ltd, will be referred to as ‘GTGT’ in this document. 1. What is the problem GTGT is solving? The Mobile Gaming Market currently is falling short of end-to-end local game design and development companies based out in India, that cater to every audience. GTGT is an all-encompassing game development company that provides gaming-related entertainment to the mass population of India, USA and few other nations. GTGT’s vision is to build user-driven & innovative games and empower all passionate gamers with perpetual reinventions. Mobile Gaming in the recent past has been one of the fastest growing industries and the industry being oligopolistic in nature, has place for a highly motivated & passionate company like ours. 2. How does GTGT propose to solve the said problem? GTGT is an end-to-end Game development company. We have built a Platform which we call the ‘App Launcher’, a highly robust & scalable platform that allows us to build new games that we conceptualize within GTGT, in a matter of a few weeks. Every line of code at GTGT has been written by us, here in India thereby creating an Intellectual Property within the country. The process of brainstorming, conceptualizing, designing & developing a game takes about 8 weeks time and we’ve already developed 8+ Games, out of which 4 are Live. As part of our road map, we will be developing & launching a total of 20 Games by March 2023. These games will be launched in India, USA and a few other nations thereby earning export revenues and since the Intellectual Properties of all these games is captured here in India, any licensing of our technology / products would greatly contribute to our economy and is in line with the ‘Make in India’ programme. 3. What is the uniqueness of your solution? GTGT’s strength lies in its ability to build engaging games that entice its users. We understand the Customer needs & try to deliver them with exactly what they need. Our Robust platform is highly secured & scalable, thereby enhancing the trust of our end user’s experience and is enabled to serve millions of such users. How does your startup generate revenue? GTGT generates revenue via several formats of user interaction. This revenue is from users across the world, hence contributing towards the service export revenues. a. Charge of platform fees for games played . b. Purchase of coins / extra features within the game for an enhanced experience. c. Revenue is generated via in-app advertisements to users that engage with our games. 5. Is your start-up creating an innovative product? Gaming is all about innovation & creativity. Our proprietary gaming solutions are rich in UI with a fresh design and supported by unbeatable User Experience. GTGT is investing in research and development that allows us to create robust gaming solutions. We currently have a team of 25, including young developers & designers who are engaged in extensive research and development of innovative gaming solutions that have the capabilities to engage millions of users across the world. We are hiring more people and will soon be a 60 personnel company.
