Greenvolution is involved in recycling of waste printer cartridges. Million of printer cartridges are dumped in India every year where it takes more than 1000 years to decompose by itself. Worse than the environmental impact is the human cost: many cartridges end up in landfills, where they are incinerated or dissolved with hazardous chemicals to extract residual metals. These processes contaminate the local air, soil and groundwater. At Greenvolution, we collect these waste cartridges and make them reusable again. These recycled cartridges are 60-65% cheaper than brand new cartridges and corporates all across India are saving lakhs of rupees every year without any compromise on print quality and page output. When you choose to use recycled toner cartridges, you reduce air pollution, greenhouse gases and you help to minimize the amount of materials disposed of in landfills. You also conserve natural resources by eliminating the need for virgin materials used to make new cartridges. Since the year 2011, we started operations, Greenvolution has recycled thousands of cartridges and corporates have really liked the idea. Saving environment and saving money.
