We are the Indian OEM of the brand ‘GREY Safety' non sparking tools. We are pleased to introduced ourselves as 100% INDIGENOUS INDIAN NON SPARKING TOOLS Manufacturer of Copper Titanium Non Sparking Tools. We have received a patent from Government of India to manufacture of Copper Titanium Non-Sparking Tools in 2019. Ever since our inception have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with reputed PSUs like IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, DRDO, GAIL, ONGC, Petronet, Indian Railways and many others. Did you know that 93% of Non Sparking Tools in India are Imported? And, that majority of the Non Sparking Tools market is dominated by Chinese imports. Our Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s bugle call for Atmanirbhar Bharat has led us to notably support Swadeshi Brands and make India self reliant. In order to promote Indian Manufacturers, our Finance Minister has banned Foreign Companies to participate in Indian Government Tenders upto Rs. 200 crores as announced on 13th May 2020. However, majority of these Chinese-origin manufacturers of Non Sparking Tools have craftily rebranded themselves as Indian brands and has been supplying their Non Sparking Tools in the Indian market under the guise of Indian brands by these importers and distributors of Chinese manufacturers. Therefore, as a cautionary precaution, we must always insist on Country of Origin Certificate with every supply of Non Sparking Tools. Grey Safety Tools are made from specially developed custom-alloys by our team of metallurgists and R&D engineers, each with ideal characteristics selected for a specific tool or product range. Our team has filed various Patents in various fields of metallurgy, which aims in providing an innovative solution for the manufacturing industry. The superior mechanical properties of our custom alloys are because of our scientific heat treatment process and rigorous control of the manufacturing process that ensure the quality of all our products. GREY tools are supplied unpainted and without aesthetic finishes, to highlight the integrity of a tool-free from porosities or other imperfections. Our In-house Quality Control laboratory is equipped with Optical Emission Spectrometer to ensure that each production batch has the perfect chemical composition of the alloys of our tools. We also have an in-house Mechanical Laboratory for checking the Tensile Strength, Yield Strength, Hardness and other physical properties of every tool, which is made by us has the perfect chemical composition of the alloys of our tools.
