Growdea Technologies is a high-end bioinformatics service provider founded in year 2018 at Indian Institute of Technology (IITD), New Delhi. We provide solutions in the field of computational biology leveraging knowledge drawn from biological research and using artificial intelligence/machine learning based in-house tools developed to solve computational modelling associated biological problems such as small molecule discovery, protein design in lower cost, time and risk. With the help of our advanced tools, we are performing long molecular dynamic simulation to find therapeutic potential molecule of given protein target. With our unique approach in computational modelling, we have provided services to national and international academic institutions, pharma companies and international NGOs. Our AI and ML based drug discovery approach and MD simulation provide fast, accurate in-depth analysis of biomolecular interactions which is extensively used in therapeutics, pharma and biopharma research institutes and companies. We do have precise prediction tool for the early-stage compound discovery. We extend our services in genomic sequencing analysis, which is extensively used for accelerating early stage detection of novel diseases. We aim to unlock potential opportunities to expedite biological research by using innovative computational techniques to help scientific community across the world.
