The Main objects to be pursued by the Company on its incorporation, revised as per the activities of GVR Natura, would be: (1) To carry on in India the business of manufacturing, developing, producing, processing, refining, standardizing, formulating, extracting, analyzing, testing, buying, selling, importing, exporting, trading (online or oHline), distributing, consigning, stocking, registering, packing, marketing, and generally dealing in all types of: • Fruits and vegetables dehydration powders, herbal leaf dehydrated powders, • Botanical extracts, herbal extracts, plant-derived ingredients, phytochemicals, phytopharmaceuticals, standardized extracts, active principles derived from plants, oleoresins, essential oils, natural colors, natural flavors, and related intermediates, derivatives, and by-products thereof; • Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) derived or synthesized from botanical sources; • Edible vegetable and seed oils; • Fresh agricultural produce including ginger, garlic, onion, banana; • Ingredients and formulations intended for use in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmeceutical, food, beverage, dietary supplement, wellness, veterinary, and personal care products; • Botanical raw materials including herbs, plant parts, gums, resins, roots, leaves, flowers, seeds, and other naturally occurring substances; in any form including powders, granules, liquids, semi-solids, oils, tinctures, pastes, concentrates, or encapsulated forms; • Bio-degradable cutlery and eco-friendly products. (2) To establish, equip, maintain, and operate manufacturing plants, research and development (R&D) centers, quality control (QC) labs, and facilities in India for carrying out manufacturing, processing, extraction, purification, standardization, analysis, testing, research, development, and innovation activities related to the products specified in clause (1) and for developing new products, processes, and applications.
