Recognizing the increasing need for employability-focused learning, the organization expanded its operations and was incorporated as GyanUp Edtech Private Limited under the Companies Act, 2013, on 9 April 2026. The company is proudly incubated by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Nagpur, reflecting its commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable educational impact. GyanUp specializes in developing technology-driven learning solutions, professional certification programs, industry training, digital learning platforms, workshops, internships, and career-focused skill development initiatives.
