Established in 2015 HGSHIC transformed conventional buildings construction into green buildings and services. The Company was registered in Kalaburagi which comes under Kalyan Karnataka Region. The company is having four partners who are with environment consciousness and enormous capability to grow the company aimed at clients satisfaction on top priority. The current structure of our company consisting of ten business segments operating across the state. From our beginnings we have steadily grown into our role as the industry leader. We have done this through continual improvement and innovation and through supporting our customers operations by reducing risk and improving productivity. Today HGSHIC is the first company in the North Karnataka to offer a comprehensive package of Green Building construction materials and services to build healthy homes and live in harmony with the environment. Started with enormous research of market and opportunities and need for creating sustainable greener environment. How Technology is being used to enhance the business: The innovative technologies developed for Zero Energy Buildings are Cool Roof Green Insultation RWH Geothermal Heating and Storm Water Management. Our startup uses technology as follows. 1 Net Zero Concepts Net zero or Zero energy buildings are built to effectively operate independently of the standard electric grid. We use renewable energy sources with latest technologies like solar and wind power wherein net energy consumption and Carbon emission will be Zero. Hence Called Zero Energy Buildings. 2 HVAC Systems About half of a buildings energy demand are devoted to heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). We use the following technics or Technology to reduce the energy consumption. HVAC Systems comprise of watercooled screw chillers with a high coefficient of performance and eco-friendly refrigerant. AHUs cooling towers pumps jet fans with adjustable frequency drives are modulated by centralized IBMS with the installation variable air volumes inside the designated areas. AHUs are interlinked with Heat Recovery Units to reduce the cooling load on the chiller. For better IAQ use of Demand Control Ventilation system with CO2 sensors is a must. 3 Others Selecting low emitting materials and products Cool Roof sustainable green building technology Energy efficient heating technology Active and passive solar power The technologies principle of Water efficiency with RWH technology Use of Biodegradable materials Electrochromic Smart Glass Technology motion detectors RFID scanners access card readers.
