HHM aims to make these products available nation-wide via a network of own stores, modern trade, online channels and our own website. Growing the organic customer base and segment at large, has many positive effects, solving a range of problems from health to economics. The most obvious beneficiary is the end customer who gets to enjoy safer, more nutritious and tastier products. At the same time the organic farming community also greatly benefit. Expanding the market for their organic produce not only generates more business, but allows them the safety to work chemical and pesticide free. Organic farming also allows them an increased income ranging from 25% to 50% more than with conventional farming. The soil of their farms also becomes a lot more fertile, without the nutrient erosion faced by farms doing conventional cultivation - which requires them to spend more and more on chemical fertilizers. Hardy organic plants also require less water. Organic farm water ultimately enters the soil, water table, rivers and oceans chemical free! Organic cultivation is more intensive and also creates more employment opportunities for farmers and laborers. Our current extended network consists of over 1000 organic farmers across the country, a number that will only rise as we continue to grow our business and distribution.
