Epoxy coating on rebars increases life of construction by 4 times that to compared of normal steel used. This technology is being wide used worldwide and even in india also from last 30 years. Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating (FBEC) technology was developed in USA at late 1970’s and now many countries are using for construction of Quality and long lasting structures. India’s GDP looses upto 5% per year due to corrosion, which is a huge loss to Indian economy. This technology will support the economy by giving immense life to Infra structures.
