ESVÈARA | Operating under Hazen LLP Esvèara is a beverage startup introducing India's first fruit-infused, water-based Ready-to-Drink (RTD) black coffee — with no added sugar, no dairy, and no carbonation. The product addresses a clear and unmet consumer need: a clean-label, flavourful coffee drink for the growing base of health-conscious, on-the-go consumers in India. Innovation Esvèara has developed a novel product category that does not currently exist in the organised Indian beverage market. The combination of real fruit infusion with black coffee in a water-based, sugar-free, shelf-stable format required new formulation work and a specialised manufacturing approach — pasteurisation and hot-filling in glass bottles — to ensure product quality and safety without artificial preservatives. The product was validated through pilot testing with over 1,000 consumers across age groups and professions, confirming strong acceptance and repeat purchase intent. Scalability — Employment and Export Potential Esvèara operates on an asset-light, contract-manufacturing model, enabling rapid scaling without heavy capital expenditure. As volumes grow, this directly generates employment across food processing, packaging, distribution and sales. The brand targets a large and commercially underserved segment: young Indians aged 16–35, a demographic that accounts for the highest willingness to adopt new coffee formats. Beyond the domestic market, Esvèara has identified meaningful export potential. The global demand for clean-label, functional and innovative coffee beverages is growing rapidly worldwide. Export growth is a key pillar of the brand's long-term strategy, directly aligned with the Government of India's vision of promoting exports of high quality, Made in India consumer goods.
