Our startup has developed an innovative engine-off air-conditioning system specifically designed for heavy vehicles. This product, already built and tested, addresses major challenges in the transportation sector by ensuring driver and passenger comfort while significantly reducing fuel consumption and emissions. We have pioneered a technology innovation that enables the air-conditioning system to function entirely from regular tubular batteries mounted on vehicles, eliminating the need for engine power. This makes the system highly energy-efficient, with zero fuel consumption, and ensures reliable performance even in high-altitude or difficult terrains where engine power is insufficient to run an AC compressor. Beyond this, drivers can comfortably rest during night hours with the AC functioning without running the engine, greatly enhancing comfort, health, and road safety. We have also ensured that battery power usage remains minimal by developing intelligent program controls that regulate AC temperature and cooling patterns based on sleep cycles, thereby extending battery life and system durability. By combining comfort, efficiency, and eco-friendliness, our startup offers a ready-to-use, sustainable solution that transforms heavy vehicle operations, improves driver well-being, and adds significant value to India’s mobility ecosystem.
