Helicrofter is a B2B Agri Input e-commerce company. On our e-commerce platform, Manufacturers sell to two different buyers - Retailers, and Krofter Saarthi (well-networked entrepreneurs that we have a franchisee agreement with to help us serve the villages in the 15-20 km radius). Our tech platform and business model is cantered around building the business of Saarthi, who mostly are small retailers based in a village. Our partnership with output side companies ensures that the Saarthi and his farmers get the best price for their produce. Bank and NBFC partners give credit to Saarthis and retailers to manage their working capital needs. In near future, we will utilize this network to finance the farm input purchase of even the marginal farmers on our platform. Eventually the idea is to build a fintech platform that works in conjunction with the e-commerce one.
