Helixo is a "People-First" friendly neighborhood company with a mission to empower and democratize the power of upselling to D2C Brands. we build Shopify apps for the next generation of e-commerce merchants. COVID-19 changed how people buy things, India's digital consumer economy has changed and 2020 alone witnessed a 10x growth. We are helping DTC brands to sell more and doing our contribution with Shopify to reach India's consumer digital economy to a US$1 trillion market by 2030! We started with one Shopify app (Upsell Funnel Engine - 800+ reviews) back in 2019 with the idea of democratizing the power of upselling to D2C brands and got some traction and more and more merchants started using the app and currently powering over 6500+ D2C merchants worldwide including brands like Decathlon, Ooni Pizza Ovens, Bellavita Organic, Incipo and more. We've found the product market fit early on and in the early phases of scaling and going upmarket with enterprise plans with 24x7 support and 1 support person from the North American Continent. We are currently are 11-member team with 5 SAAS products under the brand Helixo and still growing. We are experimenting with some AI technologies to integrate with our existing successful product (Upsell Funnel Engine) that predicts the upsell recommendations based on customer behavior like how they browse the e-commerce store, past history, and a lot of other data points.
