Started in Dec 2015 we have bootstrapped to test & validate the viability of the business idea & Model and made some pivoting as well. Started with both Products( 30+ types of Puja Kits & a patent in process Product) plus Services offerings. Turnover 2016-17: Sales of almost 91 lac 2017-18: Sales of Almost Rs 27 lac Oct 2nd 2017 we went live on international devotional channels Ishwar TV & Sadhna TV with our “Vedic Power Show” and thus taking the venture and all its offerings to wider audiences estimated almost 5-10 Crore mostly in India as well as other parts of the globe. But Due to slow market demand and demonetization aftereffect the Diwali kits sales dropped significantly in year 2017-18 yet other products were in good demand through our TV show and call center. And after Nov 2017 due to lack of funds we had to stop the TV show. and continues with small scale operations offering online product selling & puja services after cutting manpower & other infrastructure. 4. Brand Recognition: The Brand “HelloPunditJi.com ( Now Know as HelloPanditJi.com)” has reached via various TV show, media coverage, newspaper ads up to at least 2 crore all over India in last 14 months. Including Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, UP, Uttarakhand, MP, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu , AP & Bihar. Current State of the business: After giving a good track of viable business for 2 consecutive years, we have been stuck and almost non functional for almost 24 months now. The reason: we ran out of money due to expenditure on infra, stocks, salaries and cheating by Call Center Staff during TV shows by diverting the revenue to their personal Accounts.
