The Company serves B2G (Government), B2B (Enterprise) and B2C (Consumer) segments. For hardware or IoT projects, system integration and value addition are conducted in-house, with specialist hardware partners/suppliers. Flagship Project: Suraksha Sathi Suraksha Sathi is an AI-enabled mining safety platform developed for the Ministry of Coal and Coal India Limited (CIL). The functional prototype won Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2025 and modernizes paper-based mine safety through: • Hazard & Incident Reporting: Multilingual voice-to-text and photo uploads for instant hazard reporting. • Pre-Shift Safety Briefings: Regional-language video training modules and animated case studies for workers. • Real-Time AI Verification: Computer vision analysis for PPE compliance and visual pre-shift checklists, with live dashboards. IPR, Maintenance & Commercialization • 50:50 IPR Split: Under Ministry of Coal grant guidelines, IPR generated during development is shared 50:50 between the Ministry of Coal and Hemmingway Technologies Pvt. Ltd. • Commercialization Rights: The Company retains rights to commercialize, adapt and scale the core software stack across non-MoC mines, private industry, heavy manufacturing, logistics and utilities. • Post-Deployment Support: The Company provides maintenance, software updates, hardware integration and technology consultancy. Revenue Model Project Development Revenue: Fixed-scope fees for software design, engineering, integration, testing and deployment.
