Vulvovaginitis is quite possibly the most well-known irresistible disease in women's facilities. The significant etiologies of vaginitis are contamination by microbes parasites and trichomonads. The second method is to develop an immunochromatographic strip to arrange with anti-Candida mannan polyclonal antibody (anti-mannan immunoglobulin IgG and anti-rabbit IgG antibody filling in as the test line and the control line separately. Suspensions of Candida cell densities of 103 to 107 CFU/ml were heated in antigen extraction buffer and subjected to immunochromatography for 20 min. The sample with double red lines is Candida positive, and that a single red line only at the control line is negative.
