The Company combines technically engineered performance fabric (nylon-spandex, flatlock construction, moisture-wicking treatment) with a dense, culturally rooted print and design language drawn from Indian heritage — akhada/wrestling tradition, ornamental motifs, and a bilingual Hindi-English brand voice — positioning the brand distinctly against both minimalist global sportswear brands and understated domestic activewear players, none of whom currently occupy the maximalist, culturally-dense segment of the market. The Problem We're Solving: India's fast-growing fitness and activewear market — driven by rising gym culture, increased health consciousness, and growing disposable income among Gen-Z and millennial consumers — is currently served by two categories: (1) international brands with premium pricing but no cultural specificity or climate-appropriate engineering, and (2) domestic brands competing primarily on price with generic design and limited technical fabric quality. There is no Indian activewear brand currently combining serious technical performance engineering with an unapologetically maximalist, India-rooted design identity.
