Profile- Hilbert Innovations Private Limited Headquartered at New Delhi, Retail Dost is a Hybrid Retail website selling products via its planned high throughput 50 partner stores in Delhi NCR. We are committed to the development of consumer durable trade and its community by providing best-of-the-class services and products to its customers and business partners. Our team works closely with our partners and is actively engaged with various agencies to bring about positive changes in the industry. Company operates the website www.retaildost.com and has developed its proprietary software IMS (Inventory Management System) and DMS (Dealer Management System) which is built using the most modern and innovative technologies giving real time business updates to its business partners and consumers. For a partner ordering and delivering process if fully automated and paperless. Our target is to achieve Rs 50 - 75 Cr turnover in first year of operations and to achieve our growth plans in due course of time we have built our in-house tech solution to handle up to Rs 8k Cr (1 Billion $) turnover. Company wants to stay profitable and is well on the course of achieving its target for bottom line and top line both. Since its inception in January 2022, company started its business operations (Soft Launch) in May 2022 and has done a business of Rs 7 Cr plus till now. Our invested working capital is Rs 50 lac and within next 3 months we plan to infuse Rs 50 Lac more. Though Retail Dost has plans to scale up fast and grow exponentially @100% per annum year-on-year, in our business plan we have kept our growth targets on a conservative level (for a tech platform) of 35% annual, on YOY basis, while ensuring continuous profit. Our unique business model is built on the limited set and quality of partners and it is a limited membership network model to buy and sell through our platform, and to develop their retail sales, by providing them Digital Platform and Various Add on Services like Digital Marketing , extended warranty and exclusive products. The criteria to become a Retail Dost partner showroom is to have minimum Rs 15 to 20 Cr annual retail sales. We support these retail stores to become Digitally Strong, Competitive, and Provide a Global Level of Products and Services to Their Customers in Their Catchment Area. Retail Dost is a Registered TM of Hilbert Innovations Pvt. Ltd., and is a professionally managed RetailTech Company, run by the appointed board; its founders and stakeholders have ample professional experience, qualifications, clean reputation and proven credentials to launch and run the large size businesses.
