1.To carry on the business of buying, selling, and trading in second-hand air conditioners (ACs), including the purchase and acquisition of such units from any company, individual, institution, market mandi, or any other source. The Company shall engage in the business of repairing, refurbishing, reconditioning, and improving the second-hand ACs by means of value additions such as painting, polishing, electrical fixation, and bringing the units to a state almost equivalent to new. The Company shall then sell these air conditioners to customers and provide a 1-year warranty for the functioning of the AC from the date of sale. 2.To engage in the business of providing air conditioners (ACs) on rent to individuals, companies, institutions, and other clients, under rental or lease agreements for short-term or long-term periods. The Company will provide rental ACs along with necessary maintenance services during the rental period, ensuring full customer satisfaction. 3.To carry on the business of air conditioning servicing, maintenance, installation, and repair of air conditioners (both new and second-hand) for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The Company shall provide routine servicing, emergency repairs, installation, and other maintenance-related activities to ensure optimal performance of the AC units. 4.To carry out all kinds of activities and operations related to the sale, installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of cooling and air conditioning equipment, including spare parts, accessories, and consumables. 5.To purchase, import, and export air conditioners and any other machinery, tools, and parts related to air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. 6.To provide warranties, service contracts, and maintenance agreements related to the sale and rental of air conditioners. 7.To act as agents, dealers, distributors, and representatives for various manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers of air conditioning units and related product
