Hindustan Warehousing & Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a professionally managed company dealing mainly in all sorts of warehousing operations related to agricultural commodities. We have in depth mechanism to reach and carry out all the root level activities of all types of agricultural commodities and also to maintain very good relationship with farmer community, financial institutes, bulk customers etc. We also ensure the quality aspect and for the same we have established three Labs for testing the quality of agricultural commodities at Delhi, Udaipur & Sumerpur with latest and sophisticated equipment managed by a team of trained and experienced persons with a variety of analytical skills in the field of chemistry, agricultural, micro biology, biotechnology and food technology. We will provide complete allied services in the form of warehouse receipt financing (commonly known as commodity finance or Pledge finance ) and collateral management services. The Company will provide warehouse receipt financing to different segments – retail traders/ stockist, farmers, small processors and corporate agri processor/ exporter clients. The Company will provide collateral management services as a custodian of the goods pledged with the bank at the warehouses. We will also provide information services through regular updates on quality, quantity and value of the commodity placed in the warehouse. Hindustan Warehousing & Developers Pvt. Ltd. will earn a sourcing fee, Quality Control charges and collateral management fees for warehouse receipt financing at its own warehouses, Leased Warehouses and field warehouses (godown managed by third parties but physical custody of premises by way of lease agreement with Hindustan Warehousing & Developer).
