Since inception, we have been delivering structured recruitment services to organizations, helping businesses reduce hiring timelines and improve talent quality through systematic screening and industry-aligned evaluation methods. Building on our market insights, we are launching an innovative, technology-driven vertical under the brand name EvaloAI, designed to address a critical gap in India’s employment ecosystem — the lack of structured career readiness support for candidates. EvaloAI integrates Artificial Intelligence with human mentoring to create a comprehensive career enablement platform. Our services include ATS-friendly CV creation aligned with automated hiring systems, LinkedIn profile optimization for digital employability, and an AI-powered Interview Preparation Assistant that simulates real interview scenarios with personalized feedback. In addition, we provide one-on-one career counselling and structured interview skill enhancement mentoring to improve candidate confidence and employability outcomes. A unified job portal will combine job discovery, skill profiling, application tracking, and preparation tools within a single digital ecosystem.
