Profile of “Horizon Health Craft India Private Limited” 1.0 Bhastrik has a pride of place amongst the manufacturers of “Metal Bellows” in India. This pinnacle was achieved only due to the passion & obsession of Bhastrik is team to be world class. 1.1 The motivation came from the fact that as suppliers of Metal Bellows to Electrical equipment manufacturers like General electrical (USA), Siemens (Germany), ABB –Hitachi Sweden Toshiba (Japan) expressed that Indian suppliers can’t match the parent company’s supplier’s quality. 2.0 Taking that as a challenge, with focus &determination, we developed a lot of infrastructure & we had validated all our M.N.C customer’s requirements, 100%meeting their world over customers, Quality Requirements. 3.0 The Covid pandemic has opened up this avenue. Our fabrication skills in SS, welding thin sheets, validating our products against world-class manufacturers etc. made us plunge into the healthcare us ultraviolet rays’ products. This is a very clean, non-messy disinfection system which disintegrates DNA’s & RNA’s in pathogens to the extent of 99.5% which none of the chemicals can do. There are enormous fields that this technology can be applied. It has a very wide scope like in Hospitals, clinics, waiting rooms, purifying water systems & Air purifying systems for household needs & large malls, hospitals etc. 3.1 The UV-C products are expected to grow from (100 Billion dollars USD 2019 to 2024 is 300 BN (across the world) 4.0 The root cause for this pandemic has been the Chinese. The next giant is India with skills & ethics Hence the world is looking at Indian manufacturers, to manufacture equipment’s & systems to get rid of the pathogens. This product will be sold in the Indian markets as brand “CHIKITSSA” & for Asian markets, European, American markets etc. the brand will be “π star” ABOUT UV-C: 6.0 As with other types of light on the electromagnetic spectrum, UV light is produced both naturally and artificially. Natural UV light comes from the sun; some of which reaches the Earth’s surface and some is absorbed by the atmosphere. Due to strong absorption of higher-energy radiation in the upper atmosphere almost no solar UV-C reaches the Earth’s surface. 7.0 Hence, artificial UV light was discovered & is in use over 100 years.
