Our startup being located in Tier-3 city with immense potential of future growth provides opportunity to harness the hitherto unexplored sector of fire and safety. Also the sector being labour intensive coupled with little skill training to install the equipment helps in fulfilling the desired goals of employment generation and skill India. Our company being registered and coming under organised sector also guarantees the Social security benefits to the employees of company. Our major focus on area of operation being in these tier of city has an advantage as the city is growing with high growth and infrastructure. As these new facilities need the Fire and safety norms to be followed as per the National Building code, Factories Act etc we can effectively utilise this opportunity to generate employment and make these facilities compliant to the rules and statute. There is also a large pool of eligible employees available after the launch of skill India, thus we can easily use these candidates for employment generation. As there is also very less companies dealing in Fire and Safety this provides a good opportunity for new entrepreneur and a healthy competition in the sector with multiple options to the consumers and in hindsight generate more employment. Our company also provide single-point-solution to all fire and safety related issues which is unique in these type of cities as there are very few companies who deal in single-point-solution in our area of operation.
