HortBio Technologies PVT LTD was founded in August 2018 as a subsidiary organization of HortGrow Solutions LLC of California. The core mission of the business is to manufacture custom designed, coco coir-based growing media options including innovative grow cubes, grow bags and a variety of hydroponic plant growing substrates that are in high demand from the world’s horticulture industry for growing high value crops. We are strategic in keeping our sourcing, processing, and manufacturing of coir stocks in-house. Because we don't contract manufacturing to vendors, we avoid shocks and surprises. Our processing facilities in Tamilnadu, India are designed to build sustainable products. For example- the water used for washing coir comes from rainwater capture; surface open wells and wastewater treatment and recycling (80% of previously used water converted as RO water for washing).
