HOSUR HI-TECH PRIVATE LIMITED is an automotive parts manufacturing company that believes in manufacturing high-quality products at a competitive cost and thrives to maintain the best standards in essential parameters of Quality, Cost, Development, Delivery, and Management (QCDDM). The company has a world-class fully automated manufacturing facility and possesses a backward integrated manufacturing infrastructure. We specialize in surface treatment and finishing of various automotive parts like EV motors, frame assembly, and various metal parts. Our manufacturing facility is situated in Hosur, Tamil Nadu and the proximity of our plants to our OEM customers facilitate efficient logistic with cost-saving and timely delivery. We believe that our inherent quality of constantly evaluating ourselves further strengthens our position and ensures a steady growth momentum. Our manufacturing facility in Hosur is fully automated and follows SCADA controlled process. Our process is designed in an environmentally sustainable way and we take pride in the fact that all our processes include 0 discharge ETP with ~90% water recovery. We follow global standards in manufacturing our parts which allows us to make the process less hazardous as we do not use any hazardous grade chemicals in any of our processes.
