The foundation of LeewayH was laid down back in 2020. when we conceived that the demand for houses in cities for rent was contradictory to the quality of houses actually available for rent. The youth, today is tilted to move towards the cities in large numbers and are stuck in the tough task of finding a perfect home for them that too all alone in a new city with absolutely no new friends and family members with them. We also found a bunch of major issues which come complimentary with buying a new house like - high rents, high security deposits, the hassle of furnishing, unreasonable restrictions and curfews out of nowhere! LeewayH was perceived as a solution to all the major problems while renting a house and also redefining the comforts it brings along. LeewayH is a coliving community, where collaboration and mingling is regarded as much as privacy. With absolutely stunning private apartments to lavishing shared spaces, LeewayH maintains a balance between personal and social life while keeping convenience and affordability as it's top most priority.
