helloVoRld, founded by BITS Pilani Alumni- Dhawal Jain, aims to disrupt the e-commerce market by utilising Augmented Reality to provide virtual try ons. The biggest hurdle to buy online is not knowing if the product is of appropriate size and design, due to which businesses not only have lesser sales but also high product returns. We create virtual 3D inventory that let’s a customer try a product virtually before they decide to buy it, and additionally this 3D inventory can also be used to generate highly realistic and customisable product visuals for social media and websites at a cost 15x lesser than the traditional cost of product photography. Currently we work with home furnishing businesses- we integrate our technology to their websites and apps to let their customers experience AR and virtual try-ons.
