Setting up ahighly sophisticated HDPE/LDPE woven fabric manufacturing unit at Alibag, in the Konkan belt of the Maharashtra State. Konkan has witnessed predominantly agricultural activities, and has been substantially underdeveloped in industrial progress. The Company is committed to the ecological sustainability of the region and with its cutting edge technology and process control systems would ensure minimum wastages, which would be recycled in-house, apart from zero impact on air, water and noise pollution. Further the product itself would be a substitute of polluting polybags. Furthermore, the Company envisages an in-house comprehensive recycling unit for region-wide collection of the used product and re-processing for conversion into re-usable raw material, thereby leaving zero burden to the Government for the waste disposal. For this purpose, we are contemplating developing Scrap collection centres in association with societies of unemployed youth & women’s self-help groups in different areas of Gram panchayats, Talukas & Districts - State-wise. Our unit is best located as itcan cater to many fertilizer, cement, sugar and food-grains manufacturing plants in the vicinity, providing them a boon, as local sourcing of packaging material would save their logistics cost & lead time plus operational convenience. Lastly, we plan to provide employment opportunities to the suitable local inhabitants, who were affected and hadlost means of their livelihood when various development projects were executed in this area. It would be our endeavour to give gainful direct employment to 150 such people and minimum 100 other entrepreneurs would get indirect means of livelihood.
